The Keyring Store "American Keyrings" Delivery Policy: Packages are generally despatched within 2-3 working days^ after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail (the UK postal service). The cost of UK delivery is FREE.  Priority first class delivery may be offered for an additional charge. However this is not sent via a guaranteed timed delivery service. Standard deliveries should be received within 2-5 working days (UK only). EU orders are sent via Royal Mail and usually received within 4-6 days (allow up to 14 days). All other international orders are sent airmail and usually received within 5-7 days but please allow up to 16 days as delivery time will vary depending on your location and frequency of your local postal service. (price of international delivery will vary depending on the weight and quantity ordered but starts at £1.99). The delivery charge is not fully updated in your cart until you reach the "delivery" stage in the ordering process. Some higher value orders are sent recorded delivery (no extra charge) which require a signature on delivery.

 

On occasion we may decide to use a different delivery service than Royal Mail. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order for the best value shipping price and reduced waste of packaging. We are unable to group two or more distinct orders placed separately; shipping fees will apply to each of them separately. Most orders are sent in padded envelopes for smaller items or boxes for larger items which protect your purchase. The smaller items such as keyrings usually fit through UK letterboxes (this depends on dimensions of item(s) being sent). The delivery prices listed above only apply to orders placed through the website itself. Special or bulk orders shipping fees are priced depending on the size of your order and destination for all countries including UK.

How to return a faulty item -faulty on receipt (any country):

You have a generous 28 days to return a faulty item! Please first contact us and explain the problem you’re experiencing within 28 days of receipt. If after we contact you, it appears you still need to return/exchange the item, we will provide you with a RMA (returns number) and advise you (depending on your location and item value) how to return the item. If we find the item is faulty/defective, we will refund your cost of return postage (using the postal method suggested). Where items receive manufacturers guarantee (only where stated and only for customers in the UK), please contact us (not the manufacturer) of that item and we will arrange for you to return the item to us. We will issue a replacement item or a credit note at our discretion (dependent on the nature of the fault and stock levels) although you may choose to have a credit note in place of a replacement item. Products with manufacturer guarantee are returned at owners cost beyond first 28 days (our guarantee period) of receipt. Manufacturer guarantees do not apply to customers whose address is outside the UK.

 

How to return an unwanted order (UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia & NZ only):

You have a generous 14 days to return an unwanted item! You have 14 days in which to return the item. If you decide you no longer would like the item(s) in your order, please first contact us and request a RMA (returns number). We will advise where to send your return. Please enclose your original invoice (or a photocopy) with your RMA number clearly written on it. Please return the goods in the same condition in which you received them (intact condition –where items are blister packaged these should not have been opened). Goods are returned at your cost and we recommend they are sent by recorded delivery as proof of postage. Once we receive the item(s) in good condition we will refund the cost of the item(s), excluding delivery costs. We can issue a credit note instead (at your discretion). ^ =Working days & hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm excluding UK public holidays. No orders are processed between 23-26 Dec or when a notice is occasionally posted to advise of possible shipping delays (this information would appear before finalising your order). Special and bulk orders (outside this online store) are excluded from our delivery policy and listed charges. Free delivery does not apply to special or bulk orders.
